Software for the RadioAstron Mission

• The Fakerat is a software package to help planning of observations with the RadioAstron mission.
  This version of the software has been designed to match the technical information that appears
  in the RadioAstron User's Handbook.
  Current stable version of Fakerat is on September 19, 2018. It is full binary package (that is tested to work with most Linux distributions) including installation README, manual, and predicted RadioAstron orbit for AO-7 after correction in late May 2019 (ASCII file).
